Life Can Be Lost in a Moment

Life can be lost in a moment
Fire raining down from the sky
One minute you’re longing for loved ones
The next you know you will die.
Life is short and we don’t know
When our lives will suddenly end
Some die with clean slates and clean plates
Others have piles of debris to erase.
Don’t wait until it’s too late
To tell others you love and cherish them
Life can be lost in a moment
Fire raining down from the sky
One minute you’re longing for loved ones
The next you know you will die.
Now’s not the time to fret
Or regret all the things you have done
Or you haven’t…
Live for today and not for tomorrow
Give what you’ve got to your friends
And to your loved ones.
Life can be lost in a moment
Fire raining down from the sky
One minute you’re longing for loved ones
The next you know you will die
Don’t fall for the lie
That you’ll live forever
Then it’ll be too late
To give what you ought
Or say the right thing
To your friends and those cherished
Because we all will perish
No one can put it off
Give of yourself and give of your love…
Life can be lost in a moment
Fire raining down from the sky
One minute you’re longing for loved ones
The next you know you will die
There will be grief (our lives are so fragile)
Dropped from the circle of life
Cracked and demolished
Life is so fragile
Don’t wait until it’s too late
To give what you ought
Or say the right thing
To your friends and those cherished
Because we all perish
No one can put it off
Give of yourself and give of your love…
Don’t wait until it’s too late
Don’t let it all go to waste.
